Walking... tallish.

richjobI don't quite know how far I walked. I walked up to the edge of the horizon, and then I walked some more. And then some more.
And me being the geek I am, I did some research on bp stuff. Strangely enough, relaxing by vegging out is recommended. Walking is also recommended. My muscle are busy reminding me that they haven't walked like this in years. Heh
Hopefully it does me some good.

triniyardie takes care of herself. And I'm glad that dawnmipb has sort of solved her dad's PC problems. BIG hugs go out to jaded_jeannie and anonymous_sibyl for their support.
Hmmm. Music is a mashup. Scissor Sisters/The Beatles/Aretha Franklin/George Michael. Sounds studio good.
